"The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities that you need to make you feel at home away from home (washer and dryer included). The hotel is located very central, within walking distance to all amenities. There is a good restaurant on site which is very handy. I will definitely recommend it. "

"This was a great place to stay. It shares a parking lot with a stores. It is close to places to eat and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown. Yet it is a 15 minute drive to downtown. It is about 5 minutes from the airport. Very clean good staff. I would highly recommend it. "

"Great location for staying in Queenstown. We were able to easily walk downtown in less than ten minutes, but still have our private lodge when we were done for the day. We appreciated the private kitchen and on site shared laundry facilities. The bathroom sink was kind of small, and the water pressure was outrageous from both faucets, but that didn't negatively impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the Queenstown area."

"Really nice and clean hotel away from the main city. Very easy bus route if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, parking is extremely limited (only about 5-10 spots reserved for the whole hotel). We had to park in the lot nearby and pay about $10 per day. Not a huge expense but I wish I knew this before! "
