"We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."

"This is a cute house located directly across from the ocean. It's steps away from Brenneckes Restaurant. The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. We had all our meals on the front deck enjoying the ocean and in the evening watching the locals boogie board. "Poipu crater was so magnificent, walking distance to the pool and beach. Condo was a little out dated, but hey you’re in Kaua’i what more could you need! The condo was perfect for 2 couples! Or even for a family. Was a great place to spend our vacation. The only negative thing was that the HOA president and his wife are very rude, accusatory, and snooty."

"The location of this property is ideal if wanting to explore the whole island since it is located on the east side right in between Princeville and Waimea. This unit is in a residential area that gives you an authentic Hawaiian feel. We cooked breakfast and dinner just about every day and found the kitchen to be well stocked. "Property was in a very quiet neighborhood. Stayed for 5 nights. Two beers provided was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. To access property use the first driveway right after the 3900 driveway. We pulled in the wrong driveway and called and the host answered right away and got us sorted out quickly. Limited pans in kitchen and no cookie sheets. "

"The cottage was perfect for the two of us on our honeymoon! Amenities were great (washer/dryer was extremely useful). Bathroom was also nice—the shower was noteworthy. Everything was well stocked from welcome gifts and wine openers to utensils and coffee. The bed was a little finicky, hut we ended up taking off the foam topper which helped a lot. Prime location too! Poipu and Kōloa are awesome places to be on the island!!!"

The property had everything we needed for the 2 of us to have a comfortable stay. "Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...
