The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so...

Recommend to have a car to travel to local places to eat, shop, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Sally the owner is very nice and accommodating. I recommend this vrbo for one or two guests. "This basement apartment is like an unexpected jewel. The home is older, but when we opened the door to the VRBO, it was a pleasurable shock! It was well updated, clean, peaceful, and everything the description stated. We enjoyed our time there, sharing meals, playing games, etc. The owners provided bathroom items, extra towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc,, in abundance. The neighbor upstairs was always pleasant when we crossed paths. Location: Close by, less than a mile...

"We had such a fantastic weekend in Boulder - our rental location is amazing, just blocks away from Pearl Street, easy walk to everything. The kitchen had a few basics, condiments making it easier to cook breakfast. Very comfortable and host was super nice and accommodating. Shout out to his talented sun for amazing Halloween decorations. We will come again!"

"Short 15 minute drive to campus, but out of the crowds and outrageous prices in Boulder proper. Louisville is a cute little town with coffee, restaurants ,etc all within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "
