"This place has it all what a great spot with its own surf break out front. The beach and the private pool were amazing. The house and grounds are immaculate. What an awesome place that was well worth the money. Lots of cool places to go to eat and friendly people. Our GPS worked with no problem so navigating through Nicaragua Street and seeing the sites was a breeze. Nicaragua is definitely a must see on your bucket list. If you’re looking for an uncrowded surf and basically private beach with a beautiful pool on grounds, this is the spot. "

"It was very nice especially for the area it’s hard to find a nice clean place to lay your head in this part of Nicaragua. The room was very clean smelled good nice working air conditioner no complaints with the room at all. The staff was also very nice and helpful . Good The only thing I found negative was the pool was not really that clean inside there was a lot of something floating in the water in the bottom I don’t think the filter does a very good job. We actually did not go in the water. I wasn’t willing to risk getting some kind of bacteria or something on my skin. "
