"I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. "A beautiful place to stay with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and the pool was amazing. The owner was very responsive to correspondence and any issues were handled quickly.My only disappointment was that the listing states the beach was a 3 minute walk when in fact it was more like a 15 minute walk to the beach which included several minutes walking along the shoulder of a very busy highway. "
