"This properties advertise as a bed-and-breakfast, but we never saw breakfast being served. Only a tiny pot of coffee was made. Also our room said garden view, the view was of a wall with three plants. Hotel sits close to a major street and it’s loud. You can also hear everything because of the small building. The only plus is the beautiful restaurant and shops. "

"I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. "The Air Conditioning units may need some work, although weather humidity levels wasn't helping. Also there are ongoing renovations which makes construction noise understandable.
