"Stayed 2 years ago always book more than 1 room. Pool is heated the hot tub isn’t much warmer (a few years back it was warmer) great water pressure in shower, hot water at taps and bottles of water 2 supplied each night. Love the bathroom set up great for a family, comfortable beds, like having patio/balcony in each room. Fairly soundproof, no access to kitchenette however like having small fridge for kids snacks and cold water. adequate bench for suitcases, I do like this hotel and stay each...

"This hotel is a great homebase especially if you do not have a car, yet like to explore. It’s on the edge of the plaza, walkable to every little calle, shop, and restaurant in San Jose. Right away the staff makes you comfortable; Christian remembered my name when I returned days later to listen to music after the art walk. My room was large and well decorated and I particularly loved how my personal patio was outside yet behind my locked door. I felt safe as a solo traveler every moment I was...
