"Very happy with our 2-week stay in Playa Hermosa. Our host Lina was a delight to work with and her support staff, Karol, made our stay effortless. Great location just off the beach. We enjoyed amazing weather and some great tours (LaFortuna hiking a volcano & waterfall lunch and ending at the hot springs) and a 2-hour guided jet ski experience where we saw a whale, dolphins, white faced monkeys and a crocodile. Very nice local restaurants within a few minutes walk along the beach. 10/10"

"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up. View from the covered patio was breathtaking. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

"Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...
