"Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. Bathroom was very good. Cabins a bit too close to each other. Lots of children kicking balls about and running about around parked cars by cabins. Good idea with adults only spa maybe an adults only area in cabins too!! Around the area complex some of the caravans with awnings looked like they had been unattended for...

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."
