My wife and I booked an upgraded room to enjoy for one evening. The reservation stated one king bed or two twin beds so I sent an email about a week prior to arrival requesting the king bed. I received a not so hospitable email response a few days later basically saying whatever is available we get. When we checked in at the hotel, we were told Parking was not available that night and we would have to park four blocks away. We inquired about Wi-Fi and room service dinner, clearly indicating our intention to enjoy the room that evening. When we arrive to the room, my wife and I spent 20 minutes trying to connect our Devices With no luck. I tried calling front desk from the phone in the room, which also was not working. I tried to troubleshoot this as well with no luck. I then called from my cell phone and at that point the front desk told us that Wi-Fi, phone, and cable TV were not working throughout The building. My wife and I have both worked most of our careers in hotels and we were severely disappointed in the lack of hospitality and service from the staff here. We understand things go wrong, but instead of trying to hide them, and letting your guests be surprised at the issues and waste their own time trying to resolve, just be upfront about them and offer good solutions. We like H 10 hotels and would appreciate some sort of sign of appreciation from this hotel for our business, but we saw no effort from the on-site staff.
