The back porch and hose were great for rinsing out the dive gear and shells, and letting them dry. The car port is also fantastic for loading and unloading in the rain, and the screened in back porch is great for enjoying the beautiful weather without the bugs. "Easy to find VBRO! Interior very clean! For us 68 year olds, walking to the beach was not an option, no sidewalks on a busy road, difficult to carry beach gear - wished the unit had a beach wagon. Great shower, but only 1/2 of the shower head works. Very nice little kitchen, although no bakeware & coffee pot top fell off every time I poured a cup of coffee.
