"We recently stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Punta Gorda last week. It was a nice convenient condo that seemingly served our purposes well. The property manager seemed helpful and we got in with no issues. Midway through our stay one of us tried to turn on the shower and the knob came off…… we didn’t think much of it and we simply used the other shower the remainder of the trip. Upon leaving we told the owner what had happened . Two days later we received a bill for 260 dollars saying...
