"I really liked this resort. We treated ourself to this 5 star hotel for our anniversary. They have an incredible pool, the biggest salty water pool in Europe and the Spa massage made me fly. The location itself is stunning and it's 30 seconds walk from the ocean. The staff has always been helpful and kind whenever we asked for something. Dream place and you feel like a king/queen. "The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we were quite concerned about the outside roadworks however our concerns were unfounded due to the welcome we received by the Reception Team and the beautiful apartment that greeted us. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and with a most amazing balcony and views. I’m sure next time we visit, the outside updating of roadworks will be complete and it will be better still. Great holiday and great value and great apartments/views. "

"amazing value for money. I couldn't recommend it more. it's an architectural marvel which perfectly blends into the surrounding. It's nearby one of the best beaches ok the island. It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. The quality of service is outstanding. we always felt wholeheartedly welcome and all staff was attentive to our needs. it exceeded all my expectations and I'm surely coming again hopefully soon 👌"

"The hotel has absolutely stunning views across the sea making each morning magical as you see the sunrise. The food was tasty with plenty of options. Drinks are branded and water always available (although not stored in your room despite there being a fridge in the room). Pool area is clean with beds a plenty. No need to rush in a morning to get one. There is a coastal path and a few shops close by although I came just to lounge by the pool so didn’t see much of the local vicinity. I am a lone single female and felt perfectly safe here. Would definitely come back. "
