"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"We had a lovely week in the apartment. The swimming pool was great and the pool bar food and drink was excellent, we used the pool bar a lot and would have really missed it if it wasn’t there. "My wife and me had a wonderful stay at "Casa Magica" en La Guancha, Tenerife. Chantal is an adorable person and very concern about all details during your stay. Extremely and knowledgeable about the island. We felt like we were at home all the time.If we will get back to Tenerife again, we will not think twice; we will go to Casa Magica to stay there. "Tha apartment overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves crash below. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is an easy 5 minute walk. The area has many nice places to eat and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a 15 minute walk into town where there are many more restaurants and shops. Lovely spot to walk around and the are many lovely cafes. Loved our 3 weeks here."

"We’ve stayed in Playa Paraíso for many years. And Adeje Paradise 3 times, we love the complex. This apartment was perfect for our family. Plenty of space with 4 kids. Very clean and tidy, towels included and beach towels is an extra bonus. Pools are large and great, never too busy. The pool bar is exceptional, our kids would eat there every night, cocktails are definitely worth trying. Easy check in, good communication with the hosts. "

"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. "The apartment was just what we needed for a week away in the sun. It had a great garden spot to get the sun throughout the day and it was clean with plenty amenities. A peaceful yet central spot. "The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we were quite concerned about the outside roadworks however our concerns were unfounded due to the welcome we received by the Reception Team and the beautiful apartment that greeted us. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and with a most amazing balcony and views. I’m sure next time we visit, the outside updating of roadworks will be complete and it will be better still. Great holiday and great value and great apartments/views. "
