"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"We wanted somewhere quiet to unwind . The area was perfect . Lots of nice restaurants . The apartment was excellent for location . The view from our breakfast / lunch / verandah was simply unbeatable . The bedroom was a little small but everything else more than compensated . Great place and would absolutely recommend it "

"Tha apartment overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves crash below. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is an easy 5 minute walk. The area has many nice places to eat and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a 15 minute walk into town where there are many more restaurants and shops. Lovely spot to walk around and the are many lovely cafes. Loved our 3 weeks here."

" Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone."

"The views from this holiday home in the middle of a banana plantation are just breathtaking. If you want a more authentic visit away from the tourist-y parts of Tenerife, this is perfect. The nearby town is vibrant and friendly, as is the caretaker and the Novasol office. And there were complimentary bananas. Highly recommend."

"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services...

"My wife and I stayed for a month Sep/Oct 2022. Miguel was waiting for us when we arrived and told us everything about the apartment and local area. "Texts regarding check in went unanswered so we phoned the same number and got a reply. Met Abraham at the complex and he took us to the property. It was not the property we booked! Apparently the property we had booked was unavailable due to "humidity in the walls". Damp? This doesn't happen overnight. Why were we not told about this at the time so that we could have made alternative arrangements? Presumably because they didn't want to lose the booking. The property we were given had NO air con....

"There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. "

"Everything was really nice, with our room overlooking the pool/restaurant. If I stayed again, I'd like a room overlooking the sea. The pool was nice and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Retaurants nearby. We ate at the hotel on the last day and it wasn't amazing, so im glad we hadn't gone for food included, but that's preference. Otherwise we had a great stay. "
