"What an amazing little site, from the helpnon thenphone before arriving to check in, freindly and helpful. Lodge was so nice and spotless, hot tub was clean, provate amd loveley, has a little shop on site and runs on honesty, very nice touch. "

"We had a one night stop over. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room very clean, bed comfortable. In a quiet place. Plenty of tea and coffee. We were given a parking permit which was a nice touch. Arrived late afternoon took a walk down to the esplanade which was lovely lit up. "

"Staff were excellent, especially Charlie. Looked after us and our dog very well. Bogs are very welcome here. Breakfast can be obtained at the Barn cafe from 730 or you have the facilities to make your own. "

"We stayed at the property for one night as we had been visiting flamingo land. We arrived late, around 6.20pm and were pleased that the check in and access to both the park and the property were nice and easy. Very pleased with the location of the lodge, overlooking the lake, the cleanliness and the communication with the owner prior. Will return."

"We booked the micro cabin for 2 adults and 2 kids, in the description they say the sofa was a pull out this is not the case it's a sofa where you click the back down and it was certainly not big enough for our 2 children. The place was not cleaned properly, which was disappointing and the amount of flies we had to put up with in the cabin was horrendous. The small window to the bedroom area was cracked which I would think should be repaired. For you you pay it was definitely disappointing."
