"Incredibly close to Santa Margarita Ranch where we had a race the weekend we came to town. Our toddlers were safe and comfy, with plenty of room to hang inside or outside. We went on long walks through the neighborhood both mornings we were there and the kids loved it! Perfect location, amenities and warm feel for my whole family. "

"Lovely home nestled in a tiny community away from it all. We came for a family wedding. We had everything we needed. Could have used a few more dishes and regular sized spoons. Comfy beds and everyone slept well. Would stay here again. "

"Fantastic place to stay. There were 12 of us and there was enough bedrooms that everyone had their own room and space with large King Size Beds in all rooms but one that had two queens that worked out perfectly. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the party barn and loved seeing the peacocks, rabbits, goats, and deer. The location is great and close by everything from wine tasting to Pismo, Avila, and Morro Bay. Highly recommend this for large groups!"

"Absolutely fantastic property with very friendly and helpful property management. We held a small wedding on the property with 23 close friends and family whom were all able to stay between the 3 houses booked across the property. The houses are luxurious and spacious with many amenities and well stocked for a weekend stay. The property itself is large and lots of wildlife spotting including owls, deer and bobcats. "Loved Buckaroo Flat. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was fast. They answered my questions timely. We were originally concerned about the train tracks. They turned out to be a non-issue. There were just a couple of trains that went by and they were not at all a neusance. We look forward to staying again."
