"Good location "

"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"Great amenities, beautiful view. They could use some more cleaning in regards to the vents and what looked like it could be dust or mold? "

"Great hotel, great location, great service. My stay was advertised on Hotels.com with a special perk of free self parking. Somehow that didn't get recorded on my reservation, but I showed them the listing and they refunded what they had charged me for parking."

"Gorgeous hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Seattle is a little sketchy these days, but we felt completely safe and comfortable. Staff Was incredibly professional and courteous. We called for room service two minutes before they were concluding for the night, but they didn’t act like it was an inconvenience and sent up delicious food very quickly!"

"We liked staying here. Very nice and comfortable rooms. It was at the top of a steep hill, so walking was not comfortable for all of us. It was a short Uber ride to the NCL cruise terminal. We dined mostly at the coffee bar in the am in the lobby - did not try the restaurant (which seemed pricey). They did let us check in a little bit early so we could drop our luggage and go to the waterfront - so hiugh marks for service there overall. We also explored the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from here - again easy to get Uber rides from and to here."
