"Do not stay here. We arrived to a horrendous smell of sick in the appartment, which got worse as the 2 day stay went on. Emailed upon arrival, left voicemail with out of hours contact on arrival and received no response. Had to sleep on the floor in the living room as the smell was coming from the mattress in the bedroom. "A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."
