"Exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons— lovely, spacious room; amazing bed; wonderful service; and excellent location. The only potential complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, but a white noise machine did the trick. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Right across the street from CFG arena. Rooms need a facelift but had no problems. Staff was friendly & helpful. The only three complains were the "continental breakfast"- 2 types of dry cereal, instant oatmeal, bread, english muffins, packaged danish. Pitchers of milk, orange & apple juice. oranges & apples. Coffee was terrible. You have to pay $35 to park overnight & because we came earlier than 3pm- had to pay $20- really?? Will definitely stay again because of the convenience & staff but will be prepared in the future"

"From the moment we arrived (after 9pm) the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was awesome! Has a speakeasy with top shelf drinks and karaoke rooms are also available (make sure you make a reservation). You don’t even need to leave the hotel! Had a great breakfast options, the breakfast sandwich was delicious and my cafe mocha was posh coffee bar quality! For those with pets it is a pet friendly hotel! I highly recommend this hotel. "
