The bathroom fan comes on 5 seconds after you flip the switch. The living room is colder then the bedroom. I had the bedroom at 68*f, and living room was at 70*f. Possible from cold air coming from stair way. A curtain might help with heat issue. The toilet paper is cheap along with the towels. Expect hotel...
