"The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally. "

"We were there for 2 nights. I asked for fresh towels and the bed to be made for the next day at the front desk. The man said, "I gocha" meaning that it would be done while we were gone. We came back and nothing was done. The hotel was very nice in appearance and the staff seemed very attentive."

"The door frames have a gap around them, so they let in and out a lot of sound and light. Very clean. Probably needs some fresh paint and updating within the next couple of years. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious. Bathroom is small. Lots of grab and go type breakfast items and a couple hot items, not that great but better than nothing. Only about 10 minute drive to the Mall of America and a lot of shopping and dinning within a mile. "
