"The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally. "

"Overall great experience. Rooms are large and unique and breakfast was excellent. Pool area is a bit disappointing with no chairs and no hot tub or sauna but still clean and functional. Staff was extremely helpful when we had issues with other guest (members of the Moorehead Spuds hockey team) chasing, bullying, and throwing ice at our small kids in the hallways. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. "

"The door frames have a gap around them, so they let in and out a lot of sound and light. Very clean. Probably needs some fresh paint and updating within the next couple of years. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious. Bathroom is small. Lots of grab and go type breakfast items and a couple hot items, not that great but better than nothing. Only about 10 minute drive to the Mall of America and a lot of shopping and dinning within a mile. "
