"My family arrived late at night and the desk staff (I cannot recall his name) was kind and check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and offered a kitchenette, fold out couch, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There was obvious wear on some of the furniture, dents on the fridge and the doors on one bedroom and the bathroom seemed off kilter and were difficult to close. I also had a little trouble with the door to my room because it had shifted a little and wouldn't open easily so she was kind enough to not only change my room, but upgraded it as well for the inconvenience.
