"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. "The staff are incredibly rude here. We arrived and they said that we have booked a room with a shared bathroom (my booking made no mention of this) but she said they didn’t have any shared bathrooms left so she would put us in a private for one night and the next night we would need to swap. I made the booking months ago so it isn’t my fault they didn’t reserve the correct room for me so I refused to move for the inconvenience.
