"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."

"The two guys working at the front desk when we arrived were so incredibly helpful. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was something gross that fell out of it and the sheets on it were dirty. We called down to the front desk and one of the guys came up immediately and cleaned everything up and brought us clean bedding. We were so grateful for how quickly this issue was taken care of. They also had our car ready to go first thing in the morning when we requested it. I would definitely stay...

"My stay at the Sonder was very lovely. I liked the studio apartment, it was very cozy like it was my own space and cleaned very well. The luggage lockers literally saved me from trucking my suitcase around the city of my last day there. Check-in at 4PM feels incredibly late but we were able to check-in hours before after paying a fee and that helped so much!"
