"It took a few calls to get the shuttle from the airport since not everyone there speaks English but it was worked out quickly. Once the shuttle picked me up and I got to the hotel, check in was quick and easy, the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location if you are in town for events near the racetrack or Foro Sol "

"I had a good experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned up everyday and always provided water bottles and new towels with each cleanup. They do have rooms with AC and even hot tubs but these are not posted on Expedia. The staff was kind enough to allow me to upgrade the room once I was on site. It was a pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend!"

"Amazing location for the price - you're able to easily explore Roma Norte, Condesa, and Chapultepec by foot. The rooms are old but comfy and clean enough. Staff is friendly. There could be better sound proofing in the rooms - it's easy to hear sounds from outside, in the hall, and from other rooms. The shower had low water pressure and the provided amenities (shampoo, soap, towels) are low quality. Overall, good value for a great location!"
