"This was the most spacious hotel room on my 3 weeks trip. The room impresses you from the first glance. It’s a true cave hotel and the room takes two levels in the cave. This may be a problem for people with mobility restrictions as the bathroom is located on the lower level. Also, the breakfast facility is nice but it’s in a different hotel about a quarter mile away. It was not a problem for me but keep this in mind. The reception is on the upper level of the hotel. It’s logical if you came from the upper street but seems strange if from the lower street. Again, it’s just something good to know. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. "

"Excellent family-run hotel just far away enough from the madness of the main streets of Uchisar and yet close enough to be easy to get to anywhere you want. Highlights included the clean and spacious rooms, kind staff (Mustafa, Hasan, the ladies making breakfast), the top-notch breakfast itself, and the peace and quiet of being away from the main streets. I ended up needing to book Nest Cappadocia Hotel as our previous hotel decided to cancel our reservation abruptly and it was honestly the best thing that happened to us! "Me and my wife decided to escape for a few days from our daily routine. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences of our lives. I travel a lot for work and spend half of my life in hotels, and from my experience, this hotel has the most incredibly amazing, warm hearted, dedicated and hard working people I have ever met. What They have is something you can’t just learn in College or with work experience. Their incredible hospitality is so deep and warm, that within a couple of days we were already blown away by their kindness. Sezer (I believe he is the hotel Concierge & front desk manager), made sure that every single day our stay was as worry free, relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have never felt so well taken care of in my life. Its like he knew exactly what me and my wife needed every single day! He has really good taste when it comes to recommendations, and wow he nailed it. Aysun and Ayşegül (they are in charge of breakfast and I think they do the Housekeeping too)….. I will just say, WOW. It felt like they were the Turkish version of my mother and my aunt taking care of us! I mean wow they really know how to cook!! What a delicious breakfast we had every day! Their scrambled eggs are delicious, loved their Gözleme and their Meze (Specially the ones they make in their kitchen). The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located near the touristy area of Goreme, but in a much quieter and relaxed area (great view). We Loved it all!! Thank you!!!!"

"Beautiful hotel in quiet area of ushicar but with easy access to Göreme ten minutes in taxi. Located near to some of the red tour sites. Staff provided excellent service nothing was too much trouble for them even offering Turkish tea while we waited for our pick up for a tour. Breakfast was fantastic one of the best we have had on holiday. Rooms was great large with separate shower area and jacuzzi bath, would definitely stay again."
