"The property has unique, beautiful views. The cave room was fantastic as were all the sitting areas. Breakfast was really good and the staff bend over backwards to help. Same with dinner. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and we had friendly safe drivers. They also arranged the red and green tour for us. Toros was an excellent guide. He was passionate and knowledgeable. There were a few great surprises that weren’t on the itinerary. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, very clean and new. Only thing I would note is no television in the room. Not that it's a big issue as there is so much to do in the area. Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning. Underground indoor pool and sauna. Massages at an extra cost but quite reasonable. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Traditional Turkish breakfast served to our table was lovely. It is a little out of the town but still easy walking distance to the centre. Would definitely stay here again."

"Sami stayed late past his shift to make sure we arrived in shuttle alright and what else we may need. From before booking, he responded to my inquiries immediately and helped me arranged for the shuttle pickup, confirmed pick up for the hot air balloon ride, and then reserving rooms. Other staffs at breakfast were attentive, foods were fresh and tasty, water offered throughout the day, and they invited us to hang out in the office area while waiting for the taxi ride back to airport which he also set up for us. FIRST CLASS service through and through. Hotel is in Göreme town walkable to the fairly chimneys and many restaurants and shops. We are completely satisfied with our stay. Not just us, I saw and heard other guests offering praise and asked to take pictures with Sami. Beside the excellent services, the place is super clean and modern. "

"Royal Stone House is my favorite hotel in Goreme. I have stayed there 3 or 4 times over the years. The staff is amazing, wonderful breakfast every morning and wonderful views. You can see the hot air balloons rise when the weather is good enough for them to be in the air. Highly recommend Royal Stone House."

"Me and my wife decided to escape for a few days from our daily routine. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences of our lives. I travel a lot for work and spend half of my life in hotels, and from my experience, this hotel has the most incredibly amazing, warm hearted, dedicated and hard working people I have ever met. What They have is something you can’t just learn in College or with work experience. Their incredible hospitality is so deep and warm, that within a couple of days we were already blown away by their kindness. Sezer (I believe he is the hotel Concierge & front desk manager), made sure that every single day our stay was as worry free, relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have never felt so well taken care of in my life. Its like he knew exactly what me and my wife needed every single day! He has really good taste when it comes to recommendations, and wow he nailed it. Aysun and Ayşegül (they are in charge of breakfast and I think they do the Housekeeping too)….. I will just say, WOW. It felt like they were the Turkish version of my mother and my aunt taking care of us! I mean wow they really know how to cook!! What a delicious breakfast we had every day! Their scrambled eggs are delicious, loved their Gözleme and their Meze (Specially the ones they make in their kitchen). The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located near the touristy area of Goreme, but in a much quieter and relaxed area (great view). We Loved it all!! Thank you!!!!"
