"I had a great stay at the Sheridan as far as my room but I believe the staff could be a little more courteous. When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was rude, and I couldn’t understand why. Prior to me there was a lady working beside the gentleman (front desk) who was explaining the location of the amenities to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn I got no hostility, no same explanation of where things were. I felt like I had done something wrong with how I was treated. But I will say thank you to Essences for letting me used your charger. I was already a mess and didn’t realize I never grabbed my charger before leaving home. I do appreciate the help. "
