I had a brilliant evening meal before walking to the local sports stadium to watch a football match. On my return to the hotel there were a lot of people in the bar and there was a superb atmosphere. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. "This was an overnight stay while working locally and this place was chosen for its location and the fact that it’s a pub as well. The room was nice but could do with some TLC but I was very comfortable. The bar area was a little cold but I soon warmed up with the lovely food that was on offer and the staff were really friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend this place to others thinking of staying here."
