"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"It was amazing! We came to the barn late at night and there was cake and bread on the table and eggs in the fridge! It was such a great space and the walks through Bathampton were lovely. Thank you so much for having us! We definitely want to come back again!"

"No complaints at all it was an excellent location, the TV was a little tricky to work but we figured it out, it was perfect for what we want it to do! There are lots of stairs but that wasn't an issue and was expected! "

"What can I say about the most amazing property to stay at new year. Catered for everything, even had a Xmas tree. Had fizzy wine, butter, biscuits, bread, jams. Even had a tour by the owner to where to sit on New Year’s Eve on the hillside over looking western. Shame it was only 2 days. "

"Our stay at the farmhouse was amazing! We really had such a lovely time, and the house was very homely! We loved the hot tub! Thank you so much"

The only constructive advice I could give you would be to say that it was a little bit chilly in the evenings as we sat downstairs prior to departing for dinner and it was the next morning when we got up and we adjusted the heat at those moments nothing seemed to happen to change the temperature.. the only other thing I had is that a dust pan would be useful for sweeping the floor in the kitchen"

"This property is perfect for large groups. Had a girlie get together and this property is very spacious. We especially loved the kitchen / diner. We easily managed to book Uber’s to take us into bath.Will definitely be returning."

"The property is perfect for a family get together. Lots of space indoors and outdoors. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. The home is well equipped for anything you might need for your stay. Rob is a very responsive and accommodating host."

"Loads of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the games room and hot tub. The nook in the garden is gorgeous and great for games night - watch out for the slippery decking though (when wet). It’s got everything you need and is great for pets. Would stay again."

"The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. "

"Lovely cottage perfect for two people. The cleanliness was perfect and we had everything we needed. Hosts were accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Location of property is great to explore Forest of Dean, there is plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommend! "
