"Just the best area-walk in Wash Park, quick shot to downtown, Cherry Creek, the highway. House was huge-would be great for a family gathering. Nice garage and street parking. Close to great restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of the "hidden" fee damage deposit that arises upon booking. I sympathize with owners who have had damage, but if I had not been pressed for time, I might have shopped for a different option. Overall a great home!"

The yard is perfect for relaxing and has ample seating if you have guests . The property is a super, clean single story home which comes with most amenities you would need.
