"Pros Location, staff (specially Margarita serving breakfast), cleanliness of the hotel rooms Cons Hotel is very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Although the shower was clean, the mould in the tube made me feel uncomfortable. The rooms can use a few things such as a place for me to use my own hairdryer, apply makeup and box of tissues. "The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."

"The hotel is about 20 minutes up a very steep and winding road above Taorimina so it's not convenient to go back and forth. The decor is dated, but the hotel has an old world charm and the setting is beautiful. The back of the hotel looks at Mount Etna and the wonderful pool faces it too. The breakfast was nice and had typical Sicilian pastries. They could update the decorations in the rooms and lobby."

"The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. When the pool and wellness center are open I’m sure it’s amazing. "
