"Right from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with polite words and a clean lobby! Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but they did provide a bottle of water and a bag of chips! Outside of that, the room was clean, the lobby, hallways and breakfast area! The only thing I would change is the banging of the doors by the cleaning staff while cleaning rooms! "

"Our room was clean, bed very comfortable. When we walked into the room it looked just like the picture on the website. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash we're all stocked and ready to use for my shower, appreciated that. "
