"We were traveling with a dog, so I requested to be on 1st floor. I was given a great 1st floor room near an exit. After settling in, I received a call from front desk asking if my room was comfortable. Great customer service! Nice touch. Breakfast was good! My husband enjoyed waffles and the sausage was good. It was a great place to stop for the night."

"Our experience from checking in to leaving was great. The assistant manager was very friendly, explain everything about the hotel. We ate in the lounge, had hamburgers and fries....all was very good. I will stay again."

"I stay at the Cow Palace every year in November when I go hunting out that way. And my expectations, while never high, are generally met. Rooms are ok, staff is ok, things are clean, and things work. Not this time. The Wi-Fi wasn’t present in my room. No signal whatsoever. The refrigerator was not,nor would it get, cold. I stayed two nights and adjusted it both ways, so I’m pretty sure it was broke. The timer on the heat lamp wouldn’t shut off the light either. All this was pretty minor...

"We could tell there is some remodeling going on but the supplies were not in the way and everything was clean! THis is the first hotel I have been to in the past year that had a working hot tub and pool! It was nice and the staff was awesome!!"
