"This home is located in a hilly wooded addition. The town is approx 1 mile down the street. Wonderful restaurants and many cute little shops. The home is beautiful and has all the essentials you need. Felt very cozy and relaxed while my husband was at meetings. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. "
