"Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this comfy, peaceful cabin in the Upper Canyon during late March. I can see how winter months would require 4 wheel drive. We had absolutely everything we needed in this well-appointed cabin. Would definitely recommend to others. "

"Nice place for a get-away with your family or small group. Great outdoor space/deck with nice, clean hottub. Plenty of pots/pans and dishes/utensils for cooking etc. Location is near reataurants and shopping, while still having wildlife (deer&elk) pass thru daily. Owner/manager responds quickly to questions/concerns."

"The Carriage House was perfect for our stay in Raton. It was clean and well supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals and relax after being out hiking and photographing. The neighborhood was quiet which was important since we were out making night sky images so needed to sleep in the morning. Communication with Nathan was always timely and pleasant. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Raton."

"A quaint cozy little cabin that smelled wonderful. BBQ grill and patio table to watch the cars, the creek, and ducks go by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had 2 refrigerators if you planned on staying in. The only downfall was we weren't able to connect to the wifi or have access to the fireplace, but we were able to watch our own movies. I highly recommend this cabin and the communication with the people were excellent and helpful. "

"The house was wonderful! FULLY stocked kitchen! We loved that you could easily walk to the downtown area. We even had a herd of elk go right behind the cabin one night! "
