"Nice, clean,1900's building with updates as required for comfort. Safe neighborhood, 3 to 5 deer in the yard several times a day. A great place to stay, barbecue pit and grill in the imaculate yard. Parking in lot at yard gate, easy access to unloadon arrival and load for departure. We had a small issue and the housekeeper was there in less than 10 min. Nathan, the owner,, solved the problem and scheduled a repair tp insure that no other renters will have the issue. Nathan is a very good busi nessman. We will be back."

"Very nice drive up to your room motel in Raton, NM. Has been here since late 1940’s but everything was exceptionally clean with some updates. Didn’t need anything more. Host was very friendly and made restaurant recommendations and which ones to avoid. Wife liked the towels, me too, and comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee in the office was welcome in the morning. "
