"Stayed here for one night when I had a 5:30 am flight. The hotel manager was awesome. She had an unruly guest who was causing problems in the lobby and she was very apologetic and even offered me a refund if I wasn't comfortable staying (it was fine). Then I couldn't get on wi-fi and she worked so hard to find a solution and finally get me access for an important business meeting. The only reason for a lower review is that they are remodeling and my room had a wierd shower curtain that...

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"They tell you there’s a breakfast. The coffee was cold and there was no breakfast available. When we asked about it they got out frozen breakfast sandwiches and tossed them on the counter. There were no instructions for how long to heat them and they acted grumpy when we asked."
