Check-in process was a nightmare because of Expedia not doing their job with our reservation. Changed reservation 4 days prior to move it up one day. Get to hotel who says we show the change but credit card charge not changed. Spent another hour getting it straight and the only way to get a room was to agree to Expedia charging ANOTHER $16 for changing our reservation inside 24 hours - even tho it was their fault. Never again.
