Loved my stay. Absolutely loved how quiet it was even tho it’s right by the HayMarket. Everything is convenient as it was centrally located. Staff was amazing and so was housekeeping. I also loved the fact that they had a peloton in their fitness center.

The property looks like it gets a basic cleaning. Clean sheets and towels and vacuuming. I found an earbud under the pull out bed, peanut m and m and ripped off price tag under the mattress of the main bed. Surfaces could use a wipe down, floors a better vacuum and bathroom floors mopped.

Paid $325 for one room for one night for the P!nk concert. The day before the concert, P!nk announced she needed to reschedule the show “for reasons out of her control”. Hyatt refused to refund or rebook any of the cost of the room as they “are sticking to their 48 hour cancellation policy”. I will be rebooking with the Embassy who helped their guests on their overpriced concert rooms.
