"Stayed on floor 1 which hasn’t been remodeled yet. Shower head didn’t work right and bathroom door frame is rusted. Donna is amazing as always in the morning….."

"The hotel was a little run down, but they were working on renovating it as we stayed. The front desk worker was very kind and helped us navigate the extended parking and airport shuttle. For us, it was a nice option to stay close to the airport with the convenience of leaving our car there during vacation. I would stay again. "

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"Functional and clean hotel without any flair. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants. I was woken up a couple of times by train horns, even though the train line is a fair way away from the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but is something to be aware of. There was also a strange set of exercise equipment in my room - foam rollers, yoga mat, that sort of...
