"The stay was great, staff are always amazing, could use some fine tuning on cleanliness, dust, cobwebs and dirty windows in rooms. Common spaces the floors are always dirty with small debris and the outside is obviously a work in progress. They have a free breakfast but the amount available is very limited!! Out of the 7 days I stayed we had breakfast once unless you are there at 6 you may not have any breakfast. Bed is firm but good all other services are good. I continue to come back because the view is amazing and love walking along the river!! Hoping for continued improvements!!"

"We had a nice stay here. This is our second time since they did some renovations a while back and it is good for the price. That being said this is a $60 dollar a night hotel. It's not the Hilton so if your looking for that experience then keep searching. What we do enjoy is a great value at $60 per night. Very comfy bed and pillows that have always been very cleen. It is somewhat updated but it has been updated on on a budget. The breakfast was decent and had waffles. The pool and hot tub are nice. Areas of improvement would be that we had a slow check-in, room keys deactived multiple times and we had to go get new ones. The staff accidently checked our room out to someone else during our stay. We were at lunch when the other guests entered our room. That could have been awkward if my wife and I were in the room at the time. Fortunately all of our belongings were safe and the staff made us aware that there was a mistake when we got back, rather than trying to hide it. I appreciated the honesty. It's a decent place for the money but they have some kinks that they can work out. "
