When you first walk in, it's clean and the front desk is very welcoming! Once you walking into your room it is a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately i was not able to use the indoor pool, bummer :( not enough tome on my behalf but looked clean from outside view. The biggest thing to improve would be cleaning the toilets a bit better but everything else spotless!! Not a fan of the room set up with the sliding door to the restroom and right infront of the bed. Not sure if just the room we stayed in or if in all rooms. Beside that the breakfast was piping hot and delicious 4.5/5.

Nice hotel right at the river walk. Very near to everything. Clean and the room is very spacious. They allowed us to check in earlier without additional charge. Our room on the 4th floor has a nice river view. We love this hotel!

It was located right on the river walk. The tranquil and beautifully designed Japanese friendship garden is a quick walk across the foot bridge. Siruated in a beautiful area of town. You could walk downtown easily. There are several restaraunts within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert and it was very near the venue.

I had to figure out the pullout bed work. Needed king size sheets not twins. Went to my car at 2:30 in the morning to get blankets. No one running the front desk. New nothing about the hotel. Or what was going on for out of town guess. Was very disappointed. Sheets were stained and rough. Thanks
