"Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!"

"Although my stay was amazing , the only down side I had was the fact that I couldn’t access my WiFi in the home , I called to try and contact the booker I had no response … other than that stay was amazing "

"We loved our visit in this comfy, cozy guest house! The bed was oh so comfortable with cushy sofa and recliner. The decor was cute and fresh with lots of little extra touches everywhere. The kitchen was well appointed with all the appliances we needed"

"Overall, staying at The Rambler was a pleasant experience. The (Housekeeping) Staff on-site provide amazing (customer) service. The location was nice, right across from the National Civil Rights Museum, and it suited our needs. The property itself is in decent condition and clean. There were a few minor issues. One, in some of the rooms the shower handle would fall off. Two, the walls can be a bit thin. I could hear everything next door was saying at times. Also, having a treadmill or weights in...

"This is a12 unit motel/apartment property just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital and about a mile from downtown proper. We really enjoyed it stay and the communication was proactive so that we felt hosted even without staff on the premises. The walls are thin. "
