"I booked this location for a group of 10 people for a float trip. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. There were plenty of amenities provided. I highly recommend this Vrbo!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We had no communication with property manager - did leave a note about running toilet and wasp nest. There were no check out instructions so put towels in washer and left sheets on the beds. We enjoyed the town of Marion after spending the day in Memphis. The location was great and loved the quietness.. Never did see any of the other renters. I would recommend more than one TV and a flyswatter!"

Contacted the owner and he was Extremely accommodating and put us in another house the was an upgrade and didn’t charge us extra! Both places were Very nice!! Will go back again!! "The neighbors were loud through both nights of our stay. Loud TVs and thin walls. Occasional yelling. The first thing we were greeted with when we came through the first door was the ripe scent of weed and loud music, and it was past midnight. The second night when we arrived, the driveway was blocked so we had to park on the street. The unit overall was great but the environment surrounding it was not."

"This home is situated in a neighborhood of burned out houses just to start. We arrived to the neighbors dogs running at us and he greeting us with “hey” as he ran to the street to make a transaction. The driveway is a navigation nightmare. The front yard has a large clay planter that has been smashed and sitting there for quite sometime. You have to wrestle the door to open the unit to be greeted with the smell of cat urine. "Overall, staying at The Rambler was a pleasant experience. The (Housekeeping) Staff on-site provide amazing (customer) service. The location was nice, right across from the National Civil Rights Museum, and it suited our needs. The property itself is in decent condition and clean. There were a few minor issues. "This is a12 unit motel/apartment property just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital and about a mile from downtown proper. We really enjoyed it stay and the communication was proactive so that we felt hosted even without staff on the premises. The walls are thin. "
