"The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...

"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

Ayrıca yine tekrarlanan bir konuda otel gerçekten çok eskimiş. Konum olarak mükemmel bir konumda fakat otel yapısal olarak fiyat kalite oranını karşılamıyor. Yenilenirse tekrar gelebileceğim bir otel ama bu şekilde bir daha ziyaret edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Yani personelin çalışması güleryüzü hizmeti bir yere kadar fayda sağlar. Spa hizmeti güzel. 2...

"Easy to locate, clean well-appointed rooms, good breakfast. Reasonable gymnasium and pool although the ventilation was poor and the requirements for a swimming cap was a nuisance. The pool area would benefit from a little renovation and perhaps improved lighting."

Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English)."
