"We wanted a quick getaway in Maine to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kennebunkport is close to family and offers hiking and birding, which we enjoy. This little house was perfect. It is clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfy beds, seating and great location. We loved the combination of old house and modern decor and modern conveniences. Richard is very communicative and answers questions promptly. He was very helpful after we realized we left something behind. Big tables for game days and nights. "We traveled to Old Orchard during February break. While OOB didn’t have a lot going on we were able to travel around Maine with an oceanfront home base. The beach was nearly empty for daily walks, plenty of sunshine to bundle up and sit on the upper deck in, and a lot of snow! We did enjoy a nor’easter while we were there. The driveway was cleared the next day and the front stairs were cleaned. We did have to do the deck out back to enjoy it. The house has everything you could need for a rental....

"located right on the beach, we stayed for February vacation which was not exactly a beach day but the view from the 2nd floor living room was perfect. Close to town and easy to get to. Would recommend. "

"Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! "
