"The Sanctuary is quiet, peaceful and very much a sanctuary. The property was beautifully presented with a fantastic outdoor area (even a putting green) to relax and the interior was very well laid out, clean with quality inclusions in the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom very much appreciated. Very close to Avalon Beach and a further short walk to Avalon's shops, it's an ideal place to relax and explore the Avalon area. Don't forget to try the excellent Oliver's Pies nearby. "This property has magnificent views across the Parramatta River. There is plenty of room for a larger group. You will find most things that you require for your stay. The property offered our family group a wonderful opportunity to get together. A small draw back was that the house has aging fixtures and fittings and requires general maintenance and a good tidy up. The host however was fabulous and attended to all our questions and needs."
