"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"Cute old property but if you are looking for modern and pristine this is not for you.Easy to walk to many of the sights of Sydney and lots of transport options. No parking though - if you drive there are no good daytime parking options around and street parking is 2 hours. Managers easy to deal with and all you need to do self after is provided. Thanks."

"Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family."

"When we arrived, 3 trashcans at the front door were full to the brim that they couldn't stay shut. So, it was a pretty stinky arrival welcome. Called to let property owner know but the answering service said they will have someone from management will call us. But no one ever did. Location is great and convenient walking distance to everything. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs. Apartment was pretty clean, with fresh sheets, towels and basic needs. "The property was well equipped, clean and had a great location. William was a fantastic communicator and was very welcoming. In walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. Private parking was a huge bonus done as we had hired a car. The listing did tick the box for a hot tub but we are not sure if there was one for visitor use. Other than that we would highly recommend this property. "

"Highly recommend this as a place to stay. The place was notably clean and tidy, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Also it is such a bonus being so close to the beach and local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hapi Too Bundeena! "

"I stayed in this property for 2 nights with my husband and 2 sons the first night, and my daughter joined us for the second night. This made sleeping arrangements a little difficult, as the set up is for couples. I had a problem with all the stairs, as I have a mobility problem. I would have enjoyed my stay otherwise. I would recommend if you don’t mind a lot of stairs. "

"We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

"LOVED walking to Fiveways and Oxford Street. This house was adorable and clean and had everything we needed. It made us fall in love with the area and we can’t wait to return. 2 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect. The hosts were super helpful when one of us got sick and had to visit the emergency room at the hospital. "

"Sadly our stay was somewhat tarnished by the fact that the water kept tripping but luckily we were able to figure out the override switch to keep turning it back on, mid shower 😂 Hot water was challenging for baths & showers. Promised a plumber was coming to fix it but that didn’t happen. Lovely place, very tranquil location but place was covered in renovation dust. Overall disappointing for the money we paid as there are better places to stay in Bundeena for the same money."

"The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates). Even opening windows to try to allow for a cross draft did not cool the...
