"It was our first time staying at this hotel, we usually stay at the Wynn. Tbh we ended up loving the hotel. Everyone in the staff, from concierge, waiters, bartenders, managers, everyone was super welcoming and nice. We can’t wait to go back and celebrate my 30th birthday in January! "Loved the Desert Rose Resort. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing, clean and with everything you could need for a weeks stay. Very secure resort, need a key card to enter. We arrived very early, but our room was ready, so they checked us in, after check out in our last day, they held our luggage until we left for the airport. The only 2 things of note that were negative, were the elevator was not working for 4 out if our 7 days. Also the Tropicana Resort next door has been demolished, so it is a massive building site, we did however, notice road sweepers driving along very regularly keeping the dust down. The only other thing, which was in no way connected to the Resort, was the preparation for the Grand Prix taking over the city while we were there, obscuring a lot of the strip and surrounding area with scaffolding etc. All in all a wonderful stay."

"I called up early and asked if they could have a handicap in or one on the bottom level and they lined that up and then an hour before we arrived I called to ask what the room number was so I could be dropped off in front of the room and they gave that to me which is very nice again and the room was comfortable and clean and is that a good night sleep"
