"I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials "

"We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss. "

We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. "The property is super clean, nice and accessible. I've stayed at many different hotels around the world and this listing is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat is very professionally done. Julie even have a ironing board provided, so if you're going somewhere important, it's super convenient."

"House is absolutely perfect! This is our second time staying and we will definitely return. So much charm and warmth. I had the best sleep that I have had in months. "Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."

"This was the second time around for me and my business colleagues. The home is always immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. It's a great location for anyone needing a home away from home in the New York area and it's well worth the price. The only thing I ask for future stays is for Gerald (the home owner) to inform us when he is stopping by, even to "park his car to leave in the driveway". "My family stayed at this property for my triathlon at Jones Beach. Very easy to access the beach area- less than 20 min drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions about the property. Clean and exactly like the listing- would definitely recommend! "
